The restaurant was first opened to the public on 17th December 2002 when the singer, Bohus Matus symbolically launched his new album here. Among those invited were Dagmar and the late Vaclav Havel as well as the designer Borek Sipek, all happening in the La Bodeguita Del Medio restaurant in Prague.
