The short walk continues as you stroll the short distance from Wenceslas Square to the historical Old Town area
Here you begin the cruise section of the Prague cruise with lunch and music where a buffet-style lunch of hot and cold foods accompanied by live music will be waiting for you on your arrival.
As you take advantage of the refreshments available on board, your air-conditioned boat embarks on a two-hour journey where you will be able to admire spectacular panoramic views from this unique, river-level, vantage point.
As the cruise begins to negotiate the many bridges, worries and stress fade away as you enjoy (perhaps with a drink in hand?) a swan's-eye-view of the breathtaking skyline of majestic Castle and St. Vitus' Cathedral and surrounds coming into view.
As you continue your journey up river your senses will be further enchanted by the green cupola of the beautiful, baroque St. Nicholas Church towering over the orange-tiled roofs of the Lesser Town area nestled below the protective embrace of the Castle perched on the heights above you.
Further along the route of the Cruise the world-famous, statue-lined, Charles Bridge looms into full sight. Passing under its graceful stone arches take time to look up, ponder and marvel at the construction of this 14th century, architectural masterpiece.
The cruise then continues through the river's lock gates and up river to provide stunning views of the impressive architecture of the National Museum with its golden roof as well as leafy Petrin Hill and the Strahovske Monastery.
As the cruise continues further up river the view of Vysehrad Castle looming precariously on the edge of a sheer, rock-faced cliff high above the river is an awesome sight to behold. Finally, the Intercontinental Hotel on the embankment of the Vltava River, and just a short walk from the Old Town Square, is where the Prague cruise with lunch and music ends.
