Golf Club Praha was founded in 1926 and as such is amongst the oldest golf clubs in the Czech Republic. Located in the Prague 5 district on the heights above the city the 2755 metre, 9-hole course is a real challenge primarily due to the courses hilly terrain. With sloping fairways, abundant trees and woods on the course it is a stiff test to the technical ability of every golfer. The Golf Club Praha elevated clubhouse at the top of the course houses a pro shop, golf equipment rental and changing rooms with showers as well as a cozy bar and restaurant. Adjoining the restaurant is an outdoor, balcony-like, summer terrace perched above the 9th green providing a great view over the course and to Prague below - an ideal spot for enjoying a relaxing drink after a round.
