NOVOMESTSKY RESTAURANT PRAGUE
The micro brewery restaurant is a family run affair, it is situated just a few hundred metres from Wenceslas Square in the Prague 1 area and was founded in 1993 on the site of an old brew house said to date back to 1434. As well as brewing beer the restaurant can offer a layout of cellars and rooms to satisfy all clients, and with styles like the Gothic hall and other rooms giving that 1920 / 30`s feel like the Gentlemen`s lounge and councillor`s lounge, you can also even watch the beer fermenting in the Fermenting cellar and there is also even a summer garden, giving a total capacity of 400 people.
The Czech food on offer will not disappoint, with many local dishes to select from including tripe or garlic soup, rich beer goulash, roast knuckle of pork and roast piglet. For the vegetarian there are also a wide range of choices, so no one will be left out.
